1. Air Cargo Delivery (Most Common)

• Secure air cargo transportation through trusted pet courier services and pet-friendly airlines.
• Kittens travel in climate-controlled cabins.
• Flights are booked for optimal weather and minimal transit time.
• Airline-approved travel crates provided with water and food attached.

2. In-Cabin Flight Nanny

• Professional pet flight nanny accompanies your kitten inside the aircraft cabin.
• Constant supervision and care during the journey.
• Ideal for long-distance or international buyers.
• Delivery can be arranged to any airport; the nanny personally hands over the kitten.

3. Local Ground Delivery

• Delivered directly to your door using safe, pet-friendly vehicles.
• Maximum distance: 350 miles / travel time ≤ 5 hours.
• Climate-controlled vehicle with stops for food, water, and cleaning.
• Automatic distance-based delivery fee calculated at checkout.

4. Self-Pick Up

• Pick up your kitten in person at a scheduled date and location.
• Alternatively, handover at the nearest airport if travel is not feasible.

Shipping Requirements

• Kittens must be 8–12 weeks old depending on breed and regulations.
• Travel documents include updated vaccination records, health certificate, travel crate, microchip, sales contract, health guarantee, transfer of ownership, and pet passport.

Delivery Time Frames

• Domestic Delivery: 1–3 days depending on flight availability.
• Local Ground Delivery: Same day or next day (based on distance).
• International Delivery: 3–7 days including paperwork processing.

Tracking & Communication

• Shipping confirmation with flight details by the courier.
• Live updates when the kitten is checked in.
• Arrival and pickup instructions.
• Real-time tracking when provided by courier or nanny service.

Delivery Costs

• Fees vary based on location and delivery method.
• Includes airline/nanny service fees, health certificate, travel crate, and customs/import fees.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Present valid identification at pickup.
• Inspect kitten and travel crate upon arrival.
• Notify us immediately of any concerns.
• Failure to pick up on time may result in airline storage fees.

Weather & Safety Policy

• We never ship kittens in unsafe conditions.
• Flights may be rescheduled due to extreme temperatures, airline restrictions, or weather delays.
• The kitten’s safety always comes first.
